Plan: create .woodpecker/ai-review.yml using image codeberg.org/marvin8/wuming:latest. WUMING_AGENTS=code:deepseek-reasoner,docs,security. Uses existing codeberg_token secret for WUMING_FORGEJO_TOKEN; only new secret needed is wuming_deepseek_key.
