The fediverse.yml Woodpecker pipeline runs uvx taibai thread Release-Notes.md on every release event. This should be a just publish recipe instead — run manually after just release, with TAIBAI_INSTANCE_URL and TAIBAI_ACCESS_TOKEN already in the environment.
