  1. Python package scaffold (pyproject.toml, src/marvin8_website/init.py, cliff.toml, TODO.md, CLAUDE.md)
  2. Install Great Docs agent skills via npx skills add
  3. great-docs init → configure great-docs.yml (logo, hero, API ref off)
  4. Write docs/index.qmd (about + project link tables)
  5. Woodpecker CI pipeline (.woodpecker/deploy.yml)
  6. grebedoc.dev webhook + DNS verification + first deploy
