Maintenance bump restoring the zaojun nox/pre-commit sessions to green after upstream releases:

  • fastapi ~=0.143.1 (compatible update, 0.143.1)
  • pydantic ~=2.14.1 (compatible update, 2.14.1)
  • pydantic-settings ~=2.16.0 (incompatible update, 2.16.0)

uv.lock and pylock.toml regenerated in the same commit.

Merge this before the logging PR (feat/issue-11-worker-logging) so its CI runs against the updated pins.
