Pages carry no indication of what is running. A footer on every web page should show the running version, a link to the source repository, and a link to the documentation for that running version (docs are deployed per-version by mike, so the link should point at the matching docs version, not always latest).

No JavaScript.

Plan of attack (rides the feat/issue-22-invite-minting-onboarding branch as its own commit, per Marvin8):

config.py: two new XIQUE_* settings with instance defaults — source_url (https://forge.marvin8.zone/marvin8/xique) and docs_base_url (https://xique.marvin8.zone) — so forks can repoint them. Documented in README in the same commit.
app.py: at app construction, inject template globals — xique_version from importlib.metadata.version("xique") (single source of truth stays pyproject.toml), the source URL, and the versioned docs URL f"{docs_base_url}/{version}/" (mike deploys each version under its own subpath, confirmed by the mike plugin + version.provider: mike in mkdocs.yml).
base.html: server-rendered footer, no JavaScript.

Closes together with #22 via the branch PR.
