The page header shows a little cloud (the ☁️ emoji in the title), but the browser tab has no favicon — every page just gets the browser default icon.

The cloud should also appear as the favicon for the app.

Plan of attack:

Add src/yunjin/web/static/favicon.svg — renders the same ☁️ the header uses (emoji-based SVG, adapts to light/dark browser chrome).
<link rel="icon" type="image/svg+xml" href="..."> in base.html <head>.
Small /favicon.ico redirect route on the app (browsers request it unprompted; without it every page view logs a 404).
Tests in tests/test_web.py: link tag present in rendered base page, SVG served from static, /favicon.ico resolves to the icon (TDD — failing tests first).

Branch: feat/container-version-and-favicon (shared with #56).
