Three small documentation nits deferred from the final review of the installer branch: the DESTROYS warning for the dd command sits after the command block; the build steps do not say to run from the repo clone; the README verification pointer says SETUP.md §5–7 where the runbook scope is §6–7.

Approach: one-line fixes — move the DESTROYS sentence above the dd code block in INSTALL.md; add "from your clone of ai-coding-box" to the "On mark-nixos" section intro; change README to "Post-install verification: SETUP.md §6–7". Trivial PR whenever convenient.
