Custom beacon installer ISO for the headless NUC: boot, join the tailnet under tag:ai-box, drive the install over Tailscale SSH per INSTALL.md. Host config moves into a flake (ai-coding-box on disko, 1G ESP + generation cap), installer built from nixpkgs installation-cd-minimal with the auth key injected at build time (loud failure if unset). CI: gitleaks on zhuiri. Follow-ups: #4 (nix in CI), #5 (docs polish).
