Delete branch "docs/wip-convention"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
All repos live in ~/wip on both machines — mark-nixos (where the convention started) and the ai-coding-box (identical paths everywhere, and ~/wip is the natural backup boundary). README and INSTALL.md now point at ~/wip/ai-coding-box, and INSTALL.md step 16 gains the missing clone-onto-the-box step: the installer clone lived on the live ISO and did not survive the reboot, so the installed system needs its own clone via the forge-pi alias.
