Migrates CI from Woodpecker to Forgejo Actions (following the longwei pattern), adds grebedoc hosting at cang.marvin8.zone with client-side redirect from the old Codeberg Pages URL, replaces git-cliff with Release-Notes.md bullet-based changelog generation, adds fediverse-post to justfile, and updates CLAUDE.md.
