Adds docs/camera-setup.md with Dahua-specific configuration guidance: recommended snapshot settings, the admin login requirement for saving config, and the CGI/RPC2 API as a fallback for when the web UI fails to save.

The phrase 'fail silently' contradicts the next part which says the web UI shows 'Save failed!'

✅ Reworded to: "saving will fail — the web UI shows "Save failed!" with no further explanation".

Recommended value 'Customized, 60 s' is ambiguous. It appears to combine two concepts.

✅ Split: recommended value is now 60 s, with a note in the Notes column: "Set the dropdown to Customized first, then enter the value."
