Split Cang into two processes to fix web UI hangs caused by aiosqlite thread contention during periodic scans.

• cangcang — ingest and cleanup daemon (extracted from lifespan)
• cangjian — web server (plain FastAPI, no lifespan)

Also fixes #131 (deploy-docs token handling hardened).
