Closes #96

Replaces the bespoke agent_review.py script and its Woodpecker wrapper with the WuMing plugin image. Agents: code (deepseek-v4-pro), docs and security (deepseek-v4-flash), matching the longwei project setup.

Action required before CI can run: add the wuming_deepseek_key secret in Woodpecker → Settings → Secrets. The existing codeberg_token is reused for WUMING_FORGEJO_TOKEN. The old deepseek_api_key secret can be removed.
