Fixes the review-page AI filters and tidies the filter bar:

• Bug: "Only AI-rejected posts" and "Hide unclassified posts" now apply on "Apply Filters" — the partial phx-change update was resetting the checkbox fields, and the checkboxes were firing on change instead of waiting for Apply.
• Layout: the stream dropdown is now a compact fixed width, and the two checkboxes sit on the same line beside it (buttons right-aligned).
• Wording: checkbox labels reworded to human-friendly text.
