Closes #102

Completes the remaining stage-2 migration cleanup:

Updates docs/llms.txt links from the old marvinsmastodontools.codeberg.page domain to feed2fedi.marvin8.zone.
Fixes a wrong-repo reference in Release-Notes.md (zaojun → feed2fedi).
Bumps dependencies via zaojun: cyclopts, httpx2, longwei (runtime) and bump-my-version, prek, ruff, ty, uv (dev), with matching pre-commit revs for ruff/ty/uv.

ty check . ✅
complexipy . ✅
nox -s pytest ✅ (4 sessions)
nox -s pysentry ✅ (0 vulnerabilities)
