Finish the longwei forge.marvin8.zone migration leftovers.

• Point remaining Codeberg source links at forge.marvin8.zone (pre-commit zaojun repo, CI wuming action, fedinesia/feed2fedi links in README and docs).
• Rewrite historical CHANGELOG.md commit links from codeberg.org/MarvinsMastodonTools/longwei to forge.marvin8.zone/marvin8/longwei.
• Leave grebedoc (git-pages/action) and third-party snac links on codeberg.org.
• Bump complexipy dev dependency to ~=6.2 and align the pre-commit rev.
• Constrain h2>=4.4.1 to resolve GHSA-6hr6-w5qg-qmwg (request-smuggling advisory in the http2 dependency chain).

Verified: ruff format/check, ty, complexipy, and the full nox pytest suite (687 passed, 99.66% coverage) all pass; uv audit and pysentry report no vulnerabilities.
