Post-migration housekeeping for the repo rename from codeberg.org/marvin8/website to forge.marvin8.zone/marvin8/marvin8.zone.

• Update AGENTS.md: forge-pi remote, git identity, forge workflow
• Update CI workflow: wuming action URL → forge.marvin8.zone
• Update pages/index.md: all 14 project repo links → forge.marvin8.zone
• Update repo-migrated-tasks.md: move marvin8.zone to migrated table

Closes #9
