Adds .woodpecker/ai-review.yml to run WuMing on every PR: code (deepseek-reasoner), docs, and security agents post inline review comments.

Before merging, add these two secrets in Woodpecker (Settings → Secrets, lowercase):

• wuming_forgejo_token — Forgejo token with read-repo + write-issues
• wuming_deepseek_key — DeepSeek API key
