Migrate all source references, CI runners, and remotes from codeberg.org to forge.marvin8.zone.

Tasks

• Update origin to forge-marvin8:/marvin8/sub2pod.git
• Add forge-pi remote
• Update source references: pyproject.toml, README.md, mkdocs.yml, justfile, .pre-commit-config.yaml
• Update CI: runner references, git remote in deploy-docs, wuming action URL
• Bump dependencies via zaojun
• Remove claude remote after confirmed working
• Update repo-migrated-tasks.md
