Migrate all source references, CI runners, and remotes from codeberg.org to forge.marvin8.zone.

Changes

• origin → forge-marvin8:/marvin8/sub2pod.git
• forge-pi → forge-pi:/marvin8/sub2pod.git
• pyproject.toml: update project.urls
• README: update CI badge, clone URL
• mkdocs.yml: update repo_url, copyright link
• justfile: update commit link template
• CI: update wuming action URL, git remote in deploy-docs
• weekly-checks: codeberg-small-lazy → suanni
• CHANGELOG: update all commit URLs
• deps: bump via zaojun (cyclopts, bump-my-version, complexipy, prek, ruff, ty, uv, mkdocs-material)
• Keep grebedoc action (codeberg.org/git-pages/action) as-is
