Wave 1 added WUMING_VERIFY (PR #102) and WUMING_MIN_SEVERITY (PR #104), but action.yml was never updated — repos consuming WuMing as a Forgejo/GitHub Action have no inputs for these settings and silently get the defaults.

The action should expose both settings. Going forward, every new WUMING_* env var should ship with an action.yml input in the same PR.

Explored the gap. action.yml currently maps inputs through summary_comment only — verify and min_severity from wave 1 are unreachable from the action interface.
