Adds two files to the repo root:

• Improvements.md — Yilan-format grouped checklist of potential future directions identified from a full code review: CI platform support, backend expansion, agent expansion, review quality, configuration & UX, reliability, observability, build & deployment.
• Improvements-forgejo-actions.md — sidecar design notes for the Forgejo Actions integration: action.yml skeleton, CI env var mapping table (Woodpecker vs Forgejo Actions), PR number extraction from GITHUB_EVENT_PATH JSON, suggested config.py changes, and authentication options.
