Closes #59

Finish stage-2 migration cleanup for wuming:

• Update remaining codeberg.org references to forge.marvin8.zone: zaojun pre-commit hook repo, mkdocs repo_url and copyright link, and test fixture base URLs.
• Bump dependencies to their latest ~= minimums (zaojun) and align matching pre-commit hook revisions.
• pysentry scan: 0 vulnerabilities. Full check suite (ruff, ty, complexipy, tryke, deptry, zaojun) green.

🔧 Make CI zaojun check only runtime dependencies ... aaf5af8bf0

Restrict the nox zaojun session to runtime dependencies (--no-groups) so
dev-only tooling updates don't fail CI.
