Same mismatch class as #37, one layer up: the sidecar unit set TS_SERVE_CONFIG=/config/xique.json, but the ts-serve directory mounts at /config holding the documented xique-serve.json — so the serve config was never applied and the tailnet URL proxied to nothing (confirmed live: renaming the host copy to xique.json made it work).

The unit now expects /config/xique-serve.json, which is what the shipped file is named and what every doc already says to copy. docs/install.md gains a note that the filename is load-bearing so the next operator does not silently rename it. Docs and unit now agree in one direction, and the host workaround gets reverted as part of adopting the fix (rename back + copy the updated unit).
