• Migrates CI from Woodpecker to Forgejo Actions with wuming AI review.
• All main jobs run on zhuiri; weekly checks run on codeberg-small-lazy at 02:57 AEST Saturday.
• Docs deployed to https://yilan.marvin8.zone via grebedoc; client-side redirect from Codeberg Pages.
• Changelog now generated from Release-Notes.md bullet points plus a commit list with links.
• Removes git-cliff and cliff.toml; adds fediverse-validate and fediverse-post (announce profile) justfile targets.
• CLAUDE.md updated with correct fj command, emoji list, and Release Notes section.
