Repo-wide "Codeberg" → "forge" terminology rename:

• CODEBERG_TOKEN → FORGE_TOKEN
• "Codeberg API" → "Forgejo API"; other "Codeberg" → "forge"
• Migration leftovers: zaojun pre-commit URL → forge.marvin8.zone; Specifications.md example accounts → ["marvin8"]

Deliberately untouched: git-pages action URL, redirect.js, CHANGELOG, and the #Codeberg fediverse hashtag (flagged for a separate decision).
