Closes #3

Updates references from Codeberg to forge.marvin8.zone following the repo migration:

  • README.md: clone URL, forge branding, runner setup instructions
  • config.tmpl: instance URL, connection name (codeberg: → marvin8:), comment references

Weekly actions: No weekly workflow files exist yet — only test.yml on workflow_dispatch/zhuiri. The design spec's weekly job description has been updated to mention suanni for when those workflows are created.

The docs/superpowers/ files are gitignored (local-only artifacts), so changes there aren't part of this PR.
